How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 2 working days in major cities across Pakistan. It can take slightly longer in remote areas, during winter weather disruptions, or right before/after major public holidays.

Can I do in-store pick-up?

We are an exclusively online store with secure doorstep delivery across Pakistan. In-store pickup is not available.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes, all products sold on The Ordinary Pk are 100% genuine and directly imported.
